· Mistreatment in the workplace
· Harassment, discrimination or favoritism
· Being fired without cause
· Being underpaid

In order to keep the union strong, members need to:

· Know your responsibilities (Read your Membership Guide and ByLaws)
· Attend meetings
· Be active and get involved
