Facts: Local 572 was first chartered by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in 1937 and is currently one of the largest Locals in the state of California.

The 2008-2009 James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship is now underway. This scholarship is for high school seniors graduating in 2008. The applicant must be the child or grandchild of a Teamster member with at least 12 months good standing. The student must plan to attend a four-year accredited institution in the fall of 2008. Please contact your Local Union for an application or online at www.teamster.org under Member Resources.
